Sequence

  1. Claude Max invoice — pay the $200 charge that failed today so Max isn’t paused.
  2. Finish Claude Code OAuth — approve Claude Code on claude.ai, copy the one-time code into the waiting claude auth login prompt (or restart login and complete in one pass).
  3. Codex CLI — codex login (ChatGPT / OpenAI account on CoS computer).
  4. Gemini CLI — auth via Gemini settings / Google AI Pro on CoS computer (manual Google sign-in only).
  5. cursor-agent — cursor-agent login, approve in browser.
  6. Verify — each CLI reports logged in; CoS can dispatch Claude/Codex builds when Mac is offline.

Default builders stay Claude / Codex. No project builds start unless you say to build.

Done looks like

  1. All four CLIs: installed + logged in on CoS computer.
  2. Claude Max paid / unpaused (or alternate auth path documented).
  3. Todo box-clis closed.
